Due to the fresh, perishable nature of the products we supply, we cannot accept returns unless your legal consumer rights are affected – for example, if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or mis-described.
If this is the case, please contact us immediately using the email address below with your order details and a description of the problem so we can investigate further. Please provide a photo clearly showing the issue(s).
Refunds will not be provided for damaged, missing or compromised goods caused by incorrect delivery details being supplied, items being left in a designated "safe place" as specified by the customer, and the recipient being unreachable by phone at the time of delivery.
