The Juice Round website and its products are supplied to you by Sejuiced Limited ("Sejuiced") operating from the United Kingdom on the terms set out below. By using this website and placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If at any time you do not wish to accept these conditions then please leave this site and cease all use.

1. PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER
1.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy our products. Simply select the items that you would like to purchase, the desired flavour(s) and quantity, and click "Add to Cart". When you’ve completed shopping, click the "Cart" button and follow the instructions to "Proceed to Checkout" and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you click "Complete Order" and enter your payment details, after which your order will be processed.
1.2 All prices quoted on our website are in British Pounds Sterling and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
1.3 After submitting your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order and to notify you of the dispatch date. If your email confirmation does not arrive within 2 days after you have placed your order, please contact us via telephone or email for assistance using the details below.
1.4 Once you receive the e-mail to confirm that we accept your order, a contract has been made between us.
1.5 Products are offered subject to availability. In the unlikely event that any item(s) is no longer available, we will substitute it with the closest match possible. We may not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there is a product or pricing error. Sejuiced is not liable for inaccurate information or for any information that has been omitted or is out of date. We may change, limit, refuse or cancel any order you place with us at our discretion, in which case we will advise you by email or telephone accordingly and there will be no contract between us.
1.6 We may, from time to time, offer promotions for shipping and other discounts on product purchases. We reserve the right to suspend any such promotions, update product information, change prices and adjust shipping and handling fees at any time without notice.

1.7 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only (including product colours which may be displayed differently in digital form on your device's screen). Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the props pictured, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
1.8 By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our Privacy and Cookie policies and the terms of website use (see below).

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
2.1 Our drinks are packed in insulated cardboard boxes, with frozen ice gel packs to keep them cool. Your juices will arrive chilled or at room temperature.
2.2 On receipt, please remove the drinks from the outer packaging and put them straight into the fridge to keep them chilled before consumption.
2.3 Goods will normally be delivered on a next day basis. Should a delivery take 2 days, the drinks will still be safe to consume provided the packaging is undamaged and unopened.
2.4 We deliver to the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Dublin and Eire). Delivery charges will be shown (where applicable) prior to placing your order.
2.5 Deliveries will usually take place on Tuesdays through to Fridays. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify on your order. There must be reasonable access allowing for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. If the delivery driver cannot locate you, they may call you so please provide a valid phone number when placing your order. The driver will leave your goods in your designated "safe place" if these details have been stated when placing your order. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

2.6 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not present for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us. In this instance, we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
2.7 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, regrettably we will not be able to redirect delivery.
2.8 Please check the goods on delivery. In the event that any items are found to be missing or damaged, please report this to us using the email address below within 24 hours providing photos clearly showing the issue(s).
2.9 If the goods are lost in transit, please let us know promptly so that we can follow this up with our courier.
2.10 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from providing your goods as planned. This may include, but not exclusively, breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or other utilities, leakage of water, fire, flood, explosion, strike or labour dispute, external road or building works, Government restrictions, Force Majeure, act of terrorism, rioting, war, enforced shortage of fuel / labour / materials. In such circumstances we will endeavour to provide your products as soon as possible, however we cannot be responsible where this causes a delay in supplying or failure in delivering your goods.

3. USE OF THIS WEBSITE
3.1 You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes. The content of the website belongs to Sejuiced and must not be stored, copied or reproduced without our prior written consent. This includes all proprietary marks, logos, images, product descriptions, the design and the format of the website.
3.2 You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals. This includes content that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.
3.3 You agree not to misuse the website including employing any device, software or other method to interfere with the proper functioning of the website. You also agree not to use any software, tool, data, device or other mechanism to navigate or search the website other than publicly available search engines provided by internet browsers.
3.4 We are not responsible for the content of any website pages or any other websites linked to or from the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
